• 6 steaks from a variety of T-bone, porterhouse, ribeye, NY strip, sirloin, or filet

• 2-4 Sirloin tip steaks, or cube steaks or chuck steaks

• 1-2 roasts (rump, chuck, English, arm, or heel)

• 1-2lbs fajita meat

• 1-2lbs stew meat

• 9-12 lbs ground beef (1lb packages)

• One of the following (brisket, 2 short ribs, flank steak, skirt steak, roast)
