• 3 premium steaks from a variety of T-bone, porterhouse, ribeye, NY strip, sirloin, or filet

• 2-3 sirloin tip steak, chuck steak, or cube steaks

• 1 roast (rump, english, arm, or heel)

• 4-6 lbs 85/15 ground beef

• 1 kabob meat or 1 fajita meat

• 1 other cuts (brisket, short ribs, flank steak or extra roast)
